The body is an intricate web of connections, a map of our past and present. Parts of us are stuck in the past, interfering with our access to the present. Engage with tightness and pain, move through and beyond them. Find vortexes, fill them in, bringing the area back to life.

All of the sensations we have in our bodies are signs and signals, helping us to navigate our own personal map. When we begin to accept and engage with our sensations, they become our guides, telling us where to be, where to go, where to hang out for a while. Learn to listen.

As we travel through our body, following our guides, creating more connections, we come closer and closer to coming home. Navigating aspects which distract us from now. Ease painful areas, tightness transforms to elasticity, locked areas become open.
